i thought about this going to bed last night.
it is never just the government per se making changes and building a new thing, but rather it is the connection of government as the holder of the force monopoly, in combination with selected companies and individuals that make it happen - usually against the will of the people, against truth and reason.
nobody needs to build anything on their intranet when the trend goes to hypercentralization - people won't simply have a choice any longer and will be told smart reasons why they don't and why it's safer and better this way. provided they want to access monetary systems in any capacity. people will be told AI will make the choices and build what is needed. and people will welcome it.
hmmm, examples in history...
how about the time when the "american" government stole the entirety of medicine from the people, forced everybody to use their crappy new system instead and eventually changed humanity's entire concept of what constitutes health, who should take care of it and how to best go about it?
it might be hard to see today but the normality with which we regard "modern medicine" is a pure result of government monopoly, lying to everyone and using their network of companies and friends to force an entire artificial paradigm on everyone. corbett did a wonderful rundown of that dark chapter if you're curious:
https://corbettreport.com/episode-286-rockefeller-medicine/
another example is how the same gang made the entire hemp industry disappear suddenly, in favor of oil and artificial "petrochemical" alternatives. it has nothing to do with what people want, or what is objectively the better product or better material. a monopoly is set, the alternatives outlawed under strict punishments and if we want to continue playing in that system we better adhere to the rules or get thrown in jail.
how about the fact you and me still drive "fossil fuel" cars more than a century after their official invention when the very first ones were already electric ones, and when model t even gave you the choice to switch between self-produced ethanol or gasoline?
same story really. a paradigm decision had been made against all plausible reasons and we all forgot and now even deny that there ever was OR COULD BE another solution. we scoff at inventors who claim to have optimized hydrolysis into a paradigm-busting propulsion system, and we smile at claims that cars can run solely on compressed air - because we have been carefully accustomed to take these shitty centralized products as the gold standard where there used to be a fierce battle of proponents and opponents.
i could give further examples that don't involve technology so much as they involve tenets of our worldview that have been monopolized against all evidence, plausibility and reason and then forcefully upheld with violence and coercion. but most would call me crazy because we all believe these BS ideas due to our upbringing. no need to seek separation when we do have commonality.
to be fair though, i am not sure it is the same thing now. the situation is different, the technology in question is monetary in nature and i feel we all have caught on a lot to the gang and their methods, especially after the scamdemic.
do you see barter? monero? silver? as an alternative to their shitty new system?
we never before had a financial system that is entirely public which a crypto based decentralized system would possibly constitute. that brings certain dangers, and it might as well bring opportunities.
blessings dude!
