I do not know what comes first, the moon or the sun, as they rise at the same time.
So, in here you will see the full moon (5 shots), and the sunset (5 shots). I simply love both of these magnificent planets, and I think that you know that the moon governs our ocean tides. This full moon is called the Spring Moon in our country, but I suspect that other countries have their own name for it. I had a battle against the clouds, and could only get a few shots of the moon, before the cloudy sky swallowed it. You can see how the clouds were moving over the moon, and not in one instance could I get a clear shot of the moon, but it is still very nice to look at.
Come and see.
Maybe if I came earlier, the moon would have been closer to the mountain peaks, and it might have just a little cloud cover.
But I took the shots that I could get, and to me they are lovely.
Such a pretty full moon.
Finally, that dark cloud above the moon swallowed it.
Right, and here below we go with the sunset.
These shots were taken on the same day, and I saw something special, keep your eye on that big cloud above the mountain.
It looks like a big bear, and ever so slowly the cloud moved down on to the mountain.
See what I mean? That is the lower part of that cloud.
Finally, I got the real sunset above the ocean, and the clouds looked very different like the clouds above (2 shots).
They reckon that the full spring moon will last for three days this time around, and the weather forecaster reckons that we have rain coming in. Just my luck to have the moon covered with cloud over the next two days, but who knows maybe I could just get it on camera again during this period. I always have hope, but hope doesn't always have me. Lol.
Only a joke, as I don't know if I told you that I love humor, as it is a special aspect of life, especially to get others to smile.
The three shots of the cloud above took a while for me to get its movement, as the wind was not in a hurry to bring the cloud over and so it was almost a slow motion affair, but thankfully I have a lot of patience and in this case, I expected something spectacular. I hardly ever go out in nature without seeing something special or getting some surprise for my camera. Nature photography is a great hobby, as nature is full of life lessons, and not only that, as it is also a very healthy practice.
Such is life.
