I agree with your statement that happiness, true happiness is within.

The problem nowadays is that one has to be very careful who you share your secrets with, as people are fond to go and tell everyone else what they have heard.
They do this in their vain search for popularity and importance.

Confidentially has broken many friendships and created much unhappiness.

The lesson is that whatever we hear, to respect the source and not to blurt it out to any other close friends. Or to anyone else for that matter.

There is a saying that I like; "Don't say a word, unless you can improve on the silence"
