By turbulent I mean that the weather was again very unsettled.

I just had to show you what the hidden mountain looked like when we left our house.

In here you will see some early morning skies (4 shots), and then what things looked like a bit later (6 shots).

We attended a church service, and on the way, I took the first four shots. The service lasted for an hour, and when we emerged from the church building, I saw that things were starting to change dramatically. It suited our minds as our emotions are still a bit raw with the memorial service for our dear Lizelle that we attended during the past week. The weather was a mirror of the turbulence in our minds.

If anyone tells you that life is easy, then one needs to look at what type of a bubble world they live in, because there are so many big stones on our roads in life. But thankfully, like the water flow, we continue to just flow around each obstacle that tries to prevent us from successfully completing our journey. It also tries to erode the peace in our hearts, and we always have to guard against it.
Come and see.

Lovely views of the skies.

This below was what things were starting to look like when we left from the service.

The weatherman reckons that we will have more rain in the week, but sadly if it is only soft rain, it hardly increases our dam levels. We are already in a tight spot with the levels being lower than last year, and we did not have a good winter rainfall. We also didn't have snow on our mountain peaks, for a second year in a row, as the snow melts down from the mountains into the rain catchment rivers.

Oh yes, the views have changed and come to see the beauty in every shot below.

A soft and gentle rain started to fall, and I remained outside to get a few more shots, but then I had to get into the car with a wet camera.

One last shot of a Swallow in flight completed the show.

Amazing to see how the birds are active in the fairy rain, as somehow, they knew that that there would not be very strong storm downpours. I have shown you three birds above, first a dove, then a crow, and finally a swallow that were up and about in the sky. The thing is that normally no birds are around during strong downpours, but in only light rain they are all very active.

There are stories floating around in the media about the terrible floods in other countries, and, in our case, we are the only province in our country that has cool weather at the moment. Up north in the country, there are heatwaves at play pushing temperatures above 40C. We once lived up there, and I even worked in some of the hottest areas, but we are thankful for the mild temperatures here, as we find it to be much more comfortable.
Such is life.

I hope you enjoyed the pictures and the story.
