Thanksgiving day is here. Yes, we are thankful every day, but today, we'll also eat a turkey. We just smoked our third turkey ever in our smokehouse, and it was our first heritage turkey. We have yet to taste it, but based on previous turkeys we've smoked, we are excited. We grew this one ourselves, and the children help prepare it yesterday. We'll be gathering with some friends, so they'll be able to enjoy it with us. Here's some photos, enjoy and have a blessed Thanksgiving!
