Yesterday morning I took more tools than I ended up needing to my client's for a list of tasks they had for me. Rather have more than I need than not enough! Changed some bulbs on light strings, fixed a blind then leveled some others, swapped out the tail lights on the boat trailer, hacked out rose bush growth from the path I built, then climbed up on the roof to see about cleaning the gutters. I walked around the roof and found that the gutters were really quite clean and I had no need of my pressure washer to clean them. I instead grabbed their battery powered blower and used that which was more than enough to get them all cleaned. I had to tie off my extension cord to a sky light so I could get closer to the gutters on the golf course side since it is a 3 story drop and I wanted to feel a touch safer.

Then I used the weedeater to cut the grassy areas on both sides of the house and raked the clipping off the edge of the rock wall.

As I finished up Loretta mentioned that the hose bib on the front of the house would not close all the way and had a pretty heavy flow even with the valve cranked shut. I really hate the frost free hose bibs! They are TRASH!!! Fucking PEX has lead to the insurgence of the garbage being installed. So I will be changing it out for a much better setup. I will have to turn the water off in the house and drain the line down then will cut the PEX, move the MA back, install a valve, then will run a galvanized nipple through the wall to a coupler which I will install a standard hose bib on. Then for winter the valve will get turned off. The standard hose bib closes FAR better than the shitty frost free type and has a MUCH MUCH lower failure rate.

Was home for a little while before R got home then I headed out to the tool shed to sharpen chains. Found a problem with the new bench sharpener... The fucking thing cuts out/over heats after sharpening 2 chains... Whatever. I let it sit a while then came back and got the chain sharpened for the Dewalt saw.

Today I get the boys to school in an hour, then I have my session, then I need to hit North 40 or the Wandermere Ace for a bottle of bar oil for the saws before heading to the dentist to get my new bridge installed. I get the new cassette for my bike so hope to get it installed before we have to leave as J has his cross country meet in Colville this afternoon which Art will come to watch. J wants to ride the bus home so we will have to be back in time to get him from the school this evening, (they have a food stop he wants to be a part of). I have 2 jobs scheduled for tomorrow.
