I wish you all a very very happy and prosperous new year 2018. I've started my new year with RIPPLE . Today I have purchased around 7 RIPPLEs(XRP) from Poloniex and Hoping for a massive success of this currency. Even till yesterday I was searching the way to exchange SBD with XRP and today in the occasion of New Year celebration, the is what I did.
STEPS:
I used Poloniex for the transaction and the conversion.
Send SBD to Poloniex. I'm assuming that you know how to send SBD/STEEM to POLONIEX.
Sell SBD to BTC
Search for XRP and click on that.
BUY the XRP with the BTC you purchased recently.
This is a very high level yet simple steps. People may have some easiest way to do it but this is how I did.
RIPPLE FUTURE PREDICTION
There are many blogs/sites where analysts says that RIPPLE has a bright future. Ripple is a new technology. Ripple has a dual functionality that acts as a digital currency as well as a digital payment network for financial transactions. Many analysts has many predictions about it's future. Some says By 2019 Jan, it will touch $1K some says $500. In any case looks like the investors are going to be profitable.

I'm working on gathering informations about RIPPLE and I'm sure there are ample of posts already available in STEEMIT about RIPPLE.
