Have you ever heard about Longan?
This is one of my favorite fruits. It's small, juicy, and sweet, even very sweet. This plant is very easy to find in Southeast Asia.
It is usually widely used as a mixture of desserts such as longan pudding or fruit salad filling. It can also be used as a complement to drinks, usually mixed with tea or we call it cat's tears. Because longan is also known as cat's eye because it has white flesh and shiny black seeds.
Its sweet flavor makes it a little more expensive. This time I bought it still complete with the stem. It turns out be photogenic like this.
