Strategy
This match limitation is something new i yet to have a concrete strategy for this limitation for now. 16 mana won't give you the luxury to summon strong monster. Most of the time when face with low mana allocation matches i will try to split the mana into 2 part, one part is attack one part is defence. After some thoughts i arrive at using Death Deck and one of the best Tanker for Death Deck is Cursed Windeku, not only its powerful stats but also its ability Thorns that makes it even more powerful. A slot for 0 mana will definitely be present as long as you have it. After the deduction of summoning the Summoner and Tanker, i am only left with a few more mana on hand. I need to get an attacker that have an attack high enough to take down most of the opponent monster if possible in 1 turn unless the monster have extra armour to fence against the attack. In the end i choose Silent Sha-Vi because of high attack and speed, i believe it will perform very well here. Coupling with Creeping Ooze making the opponent monster decrease speed, Silent Sha-Vi at speed of 5 already have slight advantage on misses by opponent and with an addition by Creeping Ooze on opponent monster the chance of misses will increase more.
Into the match
Opponent use a same Tanker as me but the back liner the opponent is using is different from mine i am lucky that i summon Creeping Ooze not for the speed but the fact that it is being targeted by Snipe from opponent monster.
Did your strategy really works?
I does not know whether my strategy really works but i am confident to say that my habit of using Sneak monster once again prove its value again although not taking down the back monster but helping in taking out the tanker. The creeping Ooze as the scape goat in taking damage for Silent Sha-Vi, therefore i am able to win this match.

I do like Cursed Windeku by a lot will try to fit it in as much as possible. However using Wicked Windeku must also based on your lineup and the match conditions.
