Aim is to revolutionize the hosting industry with per-request billing via micro-transactions. These will all handled by blockchain technology and artificial intelligence.
With Substratum, anyone will be able to offer their computing resources and earn cryptocurrency for providing those services.
Remove Internet Censorship: For restricted areas such as China and North Korea, they will earn a higher rate for providing services inside those areas due to the higher inherent nature of risk. Substratum's vision is nothing less than democratizing and encouraging the flow of information amongst the global population without restrictions, true net neutrality.
