"I walked into the bank, feeling a little nervous about my request.There was a long line of people waiting for same thing as me….Finally when it’s my turn I approached the teller and explained that I needed a new debit card. The teller was friendly and helpful, and they took my information and processed my request. I was relieved when I received my new debit card, and I was grateful for the teller's assistance. I left the bank feeling accomplished and satisfied."
