That idea of upvote+downvote+reputation_flag instead of the upvote+flag we currently have is brilliant. It could really help the community to differentiate the judgment it has on rewards vs on content.

Stolen images and buying votes at the last minutes is clearly a bad thing to do, but the worst I've ever seen is people creating a post with maybe one word on it and then generate a lot of self-comments

That's an excellent question. I'm asking it myself too. I guess we'll see in the future as more people enter Steemit. Maybe it will diversify and expand the content and people will start looking on Steemit
