Greetings, brewers! My first post for #beersaturday, I've been waiting for this opportunity for a long time, pleasure to be here 😃.
The first time had to be special, so I selected a special beer on a special night...
I need to start from the beginning, and the beginning is Cervejaria Corina, a classic of Brasília's nightlife, the best forró with beer in the DF (Federal District), every Thursday!

Indeed! We closed Corina that night. Me and my second favorite couple: Elisa and Mateus, friends I made here in the Central Plateau.
Mateus, in fact, was born in the same city as me, Pelotas/RS, but moved to Brasília as a child (I only arrived in 2017). We met through Elisa, from the non-monogamy crowd.
They organize game nights at their place that will still become a post here on Hive, wait for it!
Our favorite spot at Corina: a round table next to the snack bar exit, at a safe distance from the dance floor and close to the restroom 😅.
One of the highlights of the venue (Galpão) is the diversity of beers, theirs and from other breweries in the region. That night there were 10 different beers; for collectors, there were some new ones.
I'm a fan of weiss and stout. There was no wheat beer, but there was a very special stout from Quatro Poderes at 9.5% alcohol 😋
But it was left for dessert. The star of the night was 'Seu Abóbora' ('Mr. Pumpkin'), a Pumpkin Ale 5.6%:
I love unusual flavors. I had to try it, and I found it delicious.
I spent the night drinking it, I even forgot about the stout for dessert! It goes well as an appetizer, with the main course, and as a last call drink!
Around two in the morning - the bar opens at seven in the evening - it was just the 3 of us at Corina when they turned on the lights 😅
It was us and the bar staff, cleaning up to leave everything spotless for the next night...

Pois foi! Fechamos o Corina nessa noite. Eu e o meu segundo casal preferido: Elisa e Mateus, amigues que fiz aqui no Planalto Central.
Mateus, inclusive, nasceu na mesma cidade que eu, Pelotas/RS, mas mudou pra Brasília ainda criança (só cheguei em 2017). Nos conhecemos através de Elisa, da turma da não-monogamia.
Eles organizam uma noites de jogos na casa deles que ainda vai virar post aqui na Hive, aguardem!
Nosso local preferido no Corina: uma mesa redonda do lado da saída da lancheria, a uma distância segura da pista e perto do banheiro 😅.
Um dos destaques do Galpão é a diversidade de cervejas, deles e de outras cervejarias da região. Nesta noite eram 10 cervejas diferentes, pra quem coleciona tinha umas novidades.

Adoro sabores inusitados. Tinha que experimentar, e achei deliciosa.
Passei a noite nela, até esqueci da stout de sobremesa! Vai bem na entrada, no prato principal e na saideira!
Lá pelas duas da manhã - o bar abre às sete da noite - estávamos apenas os 3 no corina, quando acenderam as luzes 😅
Éramos nós e o pessoal do bar, fazendo a higienização pra deixar tudo limpinho pra próxima noite...
