And here I am again today, like every Monday, ready to fulfill @mypathtofire's requests for the ECency post.
I confess, however, that this topic takes me a bit by surprise!
I think it goes without saying that I love art in all its expressions and I love to enjoy it as much as possible, but I'm not a great creator.
Or rather, I think I have my arts and my artistic side, for example I can create paintings on the football field heh heh!
Another way of expressing my art is by composing my Lego works, but those were actually created by others, I only assemble them.
However, since, from a strictly technical point of view, this is the thing I practice that comes closest to art right now, I think I'll really talk about my passion for these fantastic bricks.
I would start with a series of images from my collection:
What you see is the Infinity Gauntlet from the famous Marvel movie.
Always Marvel themed I have this fantastic Venom mask, you know him right?
Here instead there is Harey Potter's phoenix, she is motorized and can move her wings; I confess that I am not a lover of the film but this piece is a gift from my brother and his family and I am very attached to it.
Last but not least I built this fantastic Zen garden that we keep as an ornament in the living room.
What you see instead on the cover of the post is Kurama, the nine-tailed fox from Naruto, one of my favorite anime!
Why did I decide to create these constructions with Lego?
Actually I don't know, I know it's a great passion and the thing I like most when I mount these little works of art is that it really relaxes me a lot.; I don't know the reason why this really happens, what I do know is that I could spend whole days assembling those bricks without ever getting tired.
Maybe with some relaxing background music I could really reach Nirvana heh heh!
I recently started a new project, it's on my table in the hobby room and it's slowly taking shape; of course I don't want to give you any spoilers just know that, if you are curious, you can still see what it is about in one of my previous posts... which one, you will have to find out.😉
Obviously, once the work is done, I will make a post that, among other things, will be published in the dedicated Lego community that exists here on Hive... I love it!
As I told you at the beginning I love all forms of art, in fact as soon as I can I try to enjoy them as much as possible; For example, I go to exhibitions of painting and also of sculpture and perhaps photography, I love visiting museums and I like going to the theater both to see acting performances and to listen to music.
I believe that art is food for the mind and it's always good to feed on it.
That said, as far as my little Lego art form is concerned I have only one regret, if you can call it that, that I don't have enough time to devote to it; I believe that the right amount of time should be dedicated to every passion and, even for this one of the famous bricks, it is no different; unfortunately, however, there are so many things to do and, lately, even on weekends I'm reducing myself to pottering a lot.
Naturally I don't want to waste time for my affections so I find myself having to make choices, but I hope very soon to no longer have these thoughts and to be able to devote myself to my passions more assiduously.
Well I'm done for today too, as always I thank you for getting to this point.
And you, do you love art?
Do you prefer any form of art in particular?
Do you practice any?
Let me know your answers along with your thoughts and opinions in the comments below.
Hug you!

Ti abbraccio!
