My friends @benniebanana and @maretha94 came to my house and we caught some fish in the back yard!!! We have some beautiful Tilapia fish in our dam in the backyard, unfortunately they were too smart for us on the day.

We caught three fishes, 1 each and naturally mine was the big one, not even kidding. The Tilapia was steamed in some lime juice, salt, pepper and my grandma's apricot jam. To go with that I made some soft shell taco's, a pickled coleslaw, guacamole and tar tar sauce. (All home made). It was damn tasty if I must say so myself.
