Please, who gave us that mindset that we have to choose between the two? This is the reason why some people are suffering/salving themselves in their relationships/marriage.

You can't take finance out of love, nor can you take love out of finances; they both work hand in hand. Forget all those things Nollywood movies used to tell you about dying for your love even if he's poor. Omo, when you get married and start buying diapers and paying for school fees, that's when you will know that they don't use love to pay for these things.

And when you go for just money and ignore love, you will learn the hard way in marriage. Forget all those online memes/celebrities that say it's better to cry in a private jet than in a keke.

Date and marry someone that sincerely and genuinely loves you and is not a liability financially.

No be everybody go marry Dangote or Otedola, but let the person be at least financially stable, someone that can afford at least their basic needs.
