Yes yes Sunset Park, Brooklyn, back in the 80's when yuppies didn't even go there. It was a great place to live until it got popular (because you could get gorgeous well-kept brownstones for nothing), then parking became absurd. I fled a great place to live for a parking space in suburban hell. lol. The silly things we do to acheive the American Dream of owing tons of money for your most essential items, home and car.
