Woke up at 4 a.m. and instead of focusing on being frustrated, I finished up an artistic disaster that I started last night. Then we tended the NEW garden!!
Bella Bear and Bumble Bear: Truck load of Sweetness
Well, it's less fun to explain what's going on in the scene, and I bearly know myself. From the looks of it, Bella's sweet on the Bumble Bear, who seems heavy hearted due to an ever complicated world filled with endless burdens.
Normally, I snap my drawings with a flash, or better yet, in the sunlight, but I snapped this under the light of a small incandescent desk lamp, which gave it a nice sepia look, fitting with the era of the scene :D
So happy about my little garden set-up!
Do you even garden, bro? For now, it's a small bed with some very basic vegetables. It's raised off the ground and has a shield from pests (bugs/rodents) and extreme weather (hail/winds). Hang out for a bit and you'll see just how it works.

I apologize if I'm making too much of a big deal about this. It's just that I haven't planted my own food in many years due to adverse circumstances, so I'm glad to have another chance at it.
