I added more details on this one — hopefully it's not over-done? ...and yet the overall shape is pretty basic. This didn't take very long, so the process video is significantly shorter.

Cube Plankton!

So the best features I like here: The slanted eyes make it look alert and friendly... maybe a little insane? And the wide grin is a riot. I might have placed the antenna above the mouth, but I didn't want it to interfere. Just a little bit of artistic license I suppose!

A side note:

I find the confident and energetic music represents the ideal plankton. Fast paced, humourous and high-impact. I know a good number of plankton that I'd love to see become minnows/dolphins because we sure need REAL people here!

Quick update or whatever

So, anyways, I haven't been overwhelmed with activity, but I've put in some solid work days (12 hours each) this week, still keeping up on rest as well. I'm hoping to get a bunch of stuff done today and then do 14 posts on the weekend, but I doubt that will happen...

I never can tell for sure, but the following weeks look busy and hectic. My goal of making 14 posts is for this - so I can coast for two weeks instead of one -- and FINALLY work on my spam rant... :O

Have a great weekend, except for spammers. May you be flagged into the deepest, darkest trenches of the oceans!
