I love the SoCal beach. Not the crowded, tourist-packed, summery, vacation spot you see in the movies. I love when it’s moody and dramatic.
When it’s deserted and desolate with traces of the traffic of the day.
When it’s peacefully inhabited by the natives.
When it beckons for someone to leave their mark.
And when it’s covered in clouds - and even smog - sun straining to break through and dance upon the lonely waves.
