I had a similar experience to you with returning my debt before the projected date. It wasn't a mortgage, but I do remember that I have paid out earlier, but still, I had to pay some additional "processing fees" to get rid of my debt... Like you, I didn't want to have a piano hanging over my head the whole time...

You are right about this and we are witnessing that in the first place... How fear sells a lot of it is used in the "right way"... But, let's leave that to others and focus on the good and putting that smile on the face of our audience...
