When I select to create a task request it should show task request creation page.
Actual behavior
If you are on another task request creation page, when you click new task request creation icon on github connection panel. it redirects to a new page but it's now displaying necessary elements.
How to reproduce
Click the icon right next to your one of github projects.
While you are in that page, click another project's task request icon.
