I have many thoughts about Utopian since I love the idea, yet I don't know where to start exactly.
First thing bugging me much is that Utopian is so developer minded, I mean if I need to speak in your language.
Hmmm. How could I say, as I said I have many ideas about Utopian yet I'm just a user a poor minnow, so it's kinda hard to get heard.
I tried to start many conversations/discussions on discord to make a brain-storm end up dead, well ok then I use your weapon against you
I made suggestions about Utopian over Utopion, they are just rejected. Do elear knows about those suggestions I guess not.
Since they are rejected because lack of images or something else I'm not sure about the reasons clearly.
Just out of curiosity, even approved ones, did you read or work on them. It's possible but I have doubts, for sure. Because I'm a paranoiac.
Second thing the approach. We may come for the reward, but remember this is how you took our attention.
Rewarding Open Source Contrbiutions, right?
Instead of looking every participant as a leecher, your job should include teaching us what is right and what is wrong,
I saw a conversation 
If you can make this happen for every contributor, than reward will stay as a reward, it's not going to be the first priority.
For me I'm in the middle of two sides right now, I can easily start and finish a logo (at the current quality standarts and rules) in an hour.
Let's multiple it with 8. Work like a logo machine and earn 8 * ~10 sbd? Well, looks quite good, yet I'm wasting my time to write these.
I should reconsider my priorities.
Oh the developer minded thing, what i mean by that, you are seeing every error as a runtime error yet many of those are just simple compile errors,
You just need to strenghten your compiler. By being more friendly, more helpful. You need to think it's a community. Nah you know what I mean I'm trying to keep it short.
Another developer mind releated thing, you have devs, designers, writers in your community sitting right to each other, yet there is no co-operations between them. I mean no dev working with a designer, nor a designer with a creative writer. You have a visiblity category. Those people with thousand of followers keep spamming random utopian ads. Wouldn't be better some content writers creates the brief and designers work on that turn into great ad campaign, and all those visibility people share the same ad campain as one. Did you ever see any brand making random gifs, pics, or editoral content about their product. Doesn't it look so unproffesional?. Like I meantion above, if you think the same as me, if "Rewarding Open Source Contributors" makes people only think about rewards, it might be revised by the community to give the right impression about what Utopian is.
Well, I bet you don't even see this while there are companies out there dying to get feedback about their products. They are even paying proffesionals to do it for them. :sad:
