Expected behavior
Comments should stay in place even after bandwidth exceeded warning.
Actual behavior
When you edit a comment when you don't have enough bandwidth, all changes you've made are gone with bandwidth error.
How to reproduce
You need an account with -bandwidth. with this account you can try to edit one of your comment and see if it stays or not after "username bandwidth limit exceeded." warning.
