The new colonial power in charge of Africa and maybe some Asian countries too to a large extent is China. China had managed to improve herself economically and politically. It has invested a lot on her defense system and mechanism and the only thing to do to advance her influence is to spread her tentarcles. The Chinese government has favourable economic policies and interesting interest rate for her citizenry to help them assess as much facility as they would want and then go ahead to invest such fund into the economy. These people in turn grow their ideas by starting up and growing their small scale businesses.

The government in turn goes ahead to estarblish diplomatic relations with nations of the world and then help her citizenry penetrate such economies by negotiating for a favourable economic ties with such countries. Africa on the other hand end up been worse off because whatever economic relationship we have with China is a win lose agreement. China wins, Africa lose. Maybe our negotiators or governments are selling is out for a morsel of bread that they alone and their families can live on.

China help her citizenry and indigenous companies to open up Africa and then these Chinese companies flood Africa with their substandard products to kill the African indigenous companies and also go as far as playing dirty by aiding and abetting corruption. They bribe our regulatory organizations and then get away with whatever they do. Another strategy they employ is to crowd themselves in a so called Free Trade Zone so as to get away from some regulatory laws.

Africa has become Chinese dumping ground while China as a country keep smiling to the bank. Her companies in Africa keep making capital flight back to China their home countries while leaving Africa plundered.
