Layer 1 big packet Doritos or tortilla chips on a Pyrex dish
Mix together 1 smooth cream cheese with little mayonnaise to thin it out.
Pour into a plastic bag and drizzle over Doritos.
You can add chicken or beef also if you like.
Cube 1 tomato, 1 onion, 1 avocado finely and season with salt and pepper.
Put mixture on top of cream cheese, top with grated cheese and bake till cheese is melted.
