Greetings friends of actifit, today has been a quiet day, both for work and home activities. The weather was inviting for a nice walk, as the heat was not stifling and there was a nice breeze.

So in addition to my usual walk to work, I decided to treat myself to a physically and mentally restorative walk to help me complete my 5k.
