Hello my Actifit friends, I want to share with you my joy, finally we were blessed with a copious rain, which has cooled the temperature enormously.
I know that as my parents used to say, JOY IN A POOR MAN'S HOUSE LASTS PEAK 馃ぃ But at least we are going for a few days to rest from that tiring heat.
I want to tell you that my walk was super nice, because I did it through the streets of my Havana , by the majestic Castillo del Morro and La Caba帽a, I enjoyed the view we have from the other side of the bay.
In that environment, with a pleasant temperature and good company, reaching 5k was not difficult at all.
