Greetings my dear friends of Actifit, it's amazing that I've exceeded 10 k for two days, I'm very happy about that and I owe it to our community that always encourages us to keep going.
The heat invites us to cool down and nothing better than a very cold beer, that I enjoy talking to my son who was able to communicate although they have not managed to get the insurance to replace the cell phone.
My daughter is getting caught up in it, yesterday she was very happy because I'm buying two pairs of tennis shoes for my walks🤣Today I put them on and walk on the road.
