Gold finished objects👑👑
What makes the visit to this museum spectacular is that Mr. Antonio's house was very well decorated and there is a great combination of different styles of arts, paintings, ceramics, and for me the most interesting of all is the "hand fan" room. Here we will be able to see different types of hand fans from many countries and for all ages, we will also learn the secret code among women about these beautiful and luxurious pieces.🌍🎭👸

My museum experience🕵️♂️📚/Mi experiencia en el museo🙇♂️🏛
Well, I would like to give you my opinion regarding my visit and it was something very exciting because I learned a lot about general culture and especially about Mr. Antonio Medeiros who was the first Portuguese character to bring customized cars to the country, in the forties and in In the years after the war, automobiles were not accessible to any family, normally the rich were the ones who afforded the luxuries of acquiring a vehicle!🚩🧭🎨
Visiting the museum is relatively easy because you find it on the main road of the Lisbon district, however it is not a free entrance you have to be prepared to pay 5 euros per adult, parking is quite difficult because in Lisbon you must pay to park your vehicle if You can leave it at home or at the hotel and coming by subway is much easier and will be a more fun experience. The tour of the museum lasts approximately one hour.📖💵🎫

Religious order🕵️♂️📚/Orden religiosa🙇♂️🏛
In 1927 this property belonged to the Catholic Christian order and was in charge of the archbishop: "Pedro Ciriaci" this tells us that the house was a religious space and all the pieces over the years became collector's items bought by Mr. Antonio Medeiros, here we see many Christian objects with many amazing finishes and details, I personally am a fan of sacred art.😮👑
sacred art👑👑
Our first section is about an exhibition of sacred art that Mr. Antonio collected for many years, in addition to preserving the old church where many Portuguese who lived in the capital came to the site to worship the Christian religion, here we can see from clothing from potatoes to pictures with more than 500 years.🌍🎭👸
In my great ignorance I had no idea that hand fans were a science, there are some so expensive that they have a finish in gold and precious stones, but the strangest thing does not end here... It turns out that women had an ethical code or language of communication and expression using hand fans, for example if the woman liked someone then she would move him in one way, if she felt intimidated she would move him in another way and so on... Interesting, isn't it?👗👠👢💋💍
Interesante no?👩🦰👸
Personal items🕵️♂️📚/Objetos personales🙇♂️💵📖
Mr. Medeiros and Almeida after years of business did not have time to start a family and therefore did not leave an heir, in 1970 they decided to create a museum-house with all the collections that Antonio had collected for many years, he always He was a fan of airplanes to the point of buying a private airline in Portugal, TAP, which he would later sell to pursue other businesses! They made some modifications to his home to open a section where he would place decorative objects and luxury clothes.🎨👸🧭
In his last days Antonio Medeiros and his wife Almeida buy a house next to the museum and there they would spend their last days of life! leaving a beautiful legacy to the country, being an enterprising and dreamy person.
