I always wonder what characteristics a city must have to be perfect? will their citizens be? its structure? tell a great story ?, I would say that it is the combination of everything! This year is almost over and you are planning your vacation in 2022 but you have many doubts! calm down, I'm here to show you THE PERFECT CITY OF SINTRA !!!! It is one of the most visited in the country! today I came to visit the "Quinta da Regaleira". Siempre me pregunto que caracteristicas debe poseer una ciudad para ser perfecta? seran sus ciudadanos? su estructura? contar una gran historia?, diria que es la combinacion de todo! este año esta casi por terminarse y estas planeando tus vacaciones en el 2022 pero estas con muchas dudas! tranquilo, estoy aqui para mostrarte LA CIUDAD PERFECTA DE SINTRA!!!! es una de las mas visitadas del pais! hoy vine a visitar la "Quinta da Regaleira". Este post cuenta con dos partes para no hacerlo muy extenso y profundizar toda la historia de este maravilloso parque!😍👨🏫🤴
A LITTLE ABOUT SINTRA🚙🚩/UN POCO SOBRE SINTRA🏩🏯
For me one of the most beautiful cities in the country, since it has a perfect combination between natural landscape and an architectural design of the XIX, Sintra is located in the beautiful Sierra de Sintra, this city has as its main tourist attraction the Palacio de la pena! It is a castle of Arab origin, then we came across the fifth day fregadeira, many media refer to Sintra as the magical city of the center! if you come to Portugal you cannot miss it! Para mi una de las ciudades mas hermosas del pais, ya que tiene una combinacion perfecta entre paisaje natural y un diseño arquitectonico del XIX, Sintra esta ubicada en la hermosa sierra de Sintra, esta ciudad tiene como principal atractivo turistico el Palacio de la pena! es un castillo de origen Arabe, luego nos topamos con la quinta da fregadeira, muchos medios se refieren a Sintra como la ciudad magica del centro! si vienes a Portugal no puedes dejar de visitarla! hay muchas compañias que ofrecen un tour completo en los principales atractivios turisticos con un precio entre 50-150😜🤑
Well my visit is to the MANSION QUINTA DA REGALEIRA, it is my first time here in Sintra in my past life we lived in the Algarve and that is why I do not know many places in central Portugal, entering here in the mountains is brutal, I cannot find another word for describe it because the environment is like visiting a great fortified castle, you find many very old walls and a lot of virgin vegetation that is clearly protected by the government, making it a 100% natural and humid city! parking the car near the Mansion is not easy so we had to go up a few kilometers and then walk!😏😏😍😍😍😍😍
Bien mi visita es a la MANSION QUINTA DA REGALEIRA, es mi primera vez aqui en Sintra en mi vida pasada viviamos en Algarve y por eso no conozco muchos sitios del centro de Portugal, entrar aqui en la sierra es brutal, no encuentro otra palabra para describirlo porque el ambiente es como visitar un gran castillo fortificado, te encuentras muchas paredes muy antiguas y mucha vegetacion virgen que esta claramente protegida por el gobierno convirtiendo una ciudad 100% natural y humeda! estacionar el carro cerca de la Mansion no es facil asi que debimos subir unos kilometros y luego caminar!🚙🚙

While I was walking I was talking with my wife and my friend Jose, that if we won a lottery the first thing we did was buy a house here, it's fantastic! You have a great view of Sintra and you can see some areas of Lisbon! It is a very quiet and peaceful city, the only disadvantage is that as it is in some hills there is too much humidity, and winter can be very cold here! while we walked the 2km until we reached the Mansion we saw that there are many private houses with many extensions of land decorated with pine trees, and other native trees of Portugal!🤩🤩🤗🤗🤗🤗🤩🤩🤩🤩🤔🤔🤔🥰🥰🥰
Mientras caminaba conversaba con mi esposa y mi amigo Jose, que si ganabamos una loteria lo primero que haciamos era comprar una casa aqui, es fantastico! tienes una gran vista a Sintra y se puede ver algunas zonas de Lisboa! es una ciudad muy tranquila y pacifica, la unica desventaja es que como esta en unas colinas hay demasiada humedad, y el invierno puede ser muy frio aqui! mientras caminabamos los 2km hasta llegar a la Mansion vimos que hay muchas casas privadas con muchas extenciones de terreno ambientado con pinos, y otros arboles autoctonos de Portugal!😮😮
Many species of spiders, exotic birds and hundreds of insects make the Sierra de Sintra famous for those who are passionate about nature like me! I saw while I was walking many trilhos that I will do in the future, although it is a bit complicated because my house is about 35km from here, it is a bit far! but in the future I do not rule it out! here you can let your imagination fly with macro photography!😏
Muchas especies de arañas, aves exoticas y cientos de insectos hacen famosa la sierra de sintra quien es apasionado por la naturaleza como yo! vi mientras caminaba muchos trilhos que futuramente ire haciendo, aunque es un poco complicado porque mi casa esta a unos 35km de aqui, es un poco lejos! pero en un futuro no lo descarto! aqui puedes dejar volar tu imaginacion con la macrofotografia!🚙🌍🌄

Al principio el dueño de la quinta da regaleira Fue un rico, que tenia muchos negocios de mineria en el pais Brasileño, tiene un gusto un poco extraño "o extravagante" era apasionado por cultos y ordenes secretas religiosas, por lo que dio rienda suelta a su imaginacion creando muchas obras con aires gotico! era muy curioso con los temas de los templarios por lo que construyo muchas estructuras arquitectonicas que inspiran un espiritu catolico!💂♂️💂♀️🤴👸
ENTRANCE TO THE FREGADEIRA🚙🚩/ENTRADA A LA FREGADEIRA🏩🏯
This touristic masion is very extensive and has many specific things to see with many stories, so it seemed appropriate to create two posts with so many things and thus not go unnoticed! Well, entering the Quinta da Fregadeira has a cost of 10 euros per person, if you want a guided tour you have to pay an additional 5 euros! We did not waste much time queuing to enter, so it is not congested and in this time of COVID it meets all the hygiene requirements for a safe walk!👨👩👨🦳
Esta masion turistica es muy extensa y tiene muchas cosas especificas para ver con muchas historias, por lo que me parecio adecuado crear dos post con tantas cosas y asi no pasar nada desapercibido! bien entrar en la Quinta da Fregadeira tiene un costo de 10euros por persona, si quieres una visita guiada tienes que pagar un adicional de 5 euros! no perdimos mucho tiempo haciendo fila para entrar, por lo que no es congestionado y en esta epoca de COVID cumple con todos los requerimientos de higiene para un paseo seguro!👨🎓🕵️♂️🤑

Mis detalles favoritos fueron los jardines, estaban muy bien elaborados, habian muchas plantas exoticas con pequeña descripciones, sentias que dentro estaba todo conservado para que la Mansion nos de su aspecto antiguo! me fascino los pasadizos secretos, no son simplemente jardines, son "GRANDES JARDINES CON LABERINTOS", NO ENCUENTRAS ESTO EN CUALQUIER MANSION!🌷🌼🌻🌺
The Quinta de la Regaleira has a total of 4 hectares, some soccer fields fit in this tourist attraction! And since it is on the mountain, we must go down and up constantly to see all the attractions within the park! when we enter they give us a map that has in detail all the things we can visit, from caves, palaces, walls, to the famous spiral well! alchemy also served as inspiration to the Italian Luigi Manini who was the one who designed the Mansion!😏😏👸🤴👸🤴🤑🤑🤑🤑🤑🤩🤩🤩🤩
La Quinta de la Regaleira tiene un total de 4 hectareas, caben algunos campos de futbol en esta atraccion turistica! y como esta en la montaña debemos bajar y subir constanmente para ver todas las atracciones dentro del parque! cuando entramos nos dan un mapa que tiene en detalle todas las cosas que podemos visitar, desde cuevas, palacios, murallas, hasta el famoso pozo en espiral! la alquimia tambien sirvio de inspiracion al Italiano Luigi Manini que fue quien diseño la Mansion!🏤🏦🏨🏰
The former owner of the villa thought about every detail to create the perfect mansion, because if I look around the weather it gives that dark and mysterious aspect to the stone paths that line the palaces, the first record that was had about the Mansion dates back to the 16th century, in 1910 is when the great majority of constructions and renovations are completed, in the future the mansion will be sold to a Japanese company and was finally bought by the Sintra chamber so its current owner is "the Sintra chamber" no longer it's private!😍😍😍
El antiguo dueño de la quinta penso cada detalle para crear la mansion perfecta, porque si veo al rededor el clima da ese aspecto tenebroso y misterioso a los caminos de piedra que bordean los palacios, el primer registro que se tuvo sobre la Mansion data en el siglo 16, en 1910 es cuando se culminan la gran mayoria de construcciones y remodelaciones, futuramente la mansion sera vendida a una empresa Japonesa y fue Comprada finalmente por la camara de Sintra por lo que su propietario actual es "la camara de sintra" ya no es privada!😮😮😮

Hay aqui una gran combinacion de creencias religiosas que envuelven la cultura de la Quinta da Regaleira, no esta basada unicamente en el Cristianismo, cuando caminamos hacia un pozo podemos ver claramente el diseño de la "Cruz Templaria" esto es una clara evidencia de la inspiracion templaria que tiene la arquitectura de la mansion!🏰🏰🏰🏰

Mi primera parada es en la cueva "Da Leda", esta cueva es fantastica por el diseño que tiene! es un exagonal y dentro de ella hay una fuente con una cascada de agua natura que viene desde lo mas profundo de la montaña, llegar aqui basta con dar un paseo por el jardin, me pude guiar en el mapa, es imposible perderse! hay muchos mitos sobre que representa la "mujer" de la fuente, algunos dicen que es el poder de la reina espartana!🌻🌻🌼🌷
This palace that we see in the background is the main one, it is called "Palacio da Regaleira" I think I read that this was where the rich owner of the mansion lived! Este palacio que vemos de fondo es el principal, se llama "Palacio da Regaleira" creo que lei que aqui era donde vivia el rico propietario de la mansion! no estamos viendo un simple palacio, estamos viendo una estructura que fue nombrada por la UNESCO como maravilla mundial! geograficamente esta en el centro de sintra! y por supuesto cuando adquieres el billete de entrada tienes acceso al palacio!🚩🌏🌎🧭🏆

This restaurant is located in the palace square, its prices are moderate, you can try some dishes of the day! Between the 3 of us we spend 80 euros! If you come here and are not willing to spend a lot, the park gives you the option of having a family picnic!😗🤨😮😍😍
Antes de entrar al palacio tienes la oportunidad de probar algunos platillos, muy sabroso por cierto! este restaurante esta ubicado en la plaza del palacio, sus precios son moderados, puedes probar algunos platos del dia! entre los 3 gastamos 80euros! si vienes por aqui y no estas dispuesto a gastar mucho el parque te posibilita la opcion de comer un picnic en familia!🤑😜😜

This is a small chapel built next to the palace. Esta es una pequeña capilla construida a lado del palacio es pequeña, y tiene muchas fotos de como era la mansion en sus primeros dias! relata una pequeña historia de como fue construida la mansion a lo largo de los años! la capilla tiene el nombre "La santisima Trinidad" dentro de la capilla hay una representacion simbolica de la "coronacion de la virgen"🛕🕍⛲
