Nothing better than a weekend to take a good swim in the Atlantic! well I've already said it all! today I went to the beach to swim a bit and relax with my best friend! The silver is called Portinho and it is only 25 kilometers from my home!🚙🚩
Nada mejor que un fin de semana para tomar un buen baño en el atlantico! bueno ya lo he dicho todo! hoy fui a la playa para nadar un poco y relajarme con mi mejor amigo! la plata se llama Portinho y esta a tan solo 25 kilometros de mi hogar!🧭
I am an adventurer who loves extreme things, always on my rest days I try to find a new path to conquer it, this month I already managed to do about 3, all with a minimum of 15km and a maximum of 28km! this was very short with only 1.8km but it was fun because our destination would be the beach! on the way take advantage of photographing some typical fruits of the area🥰🥰

I'm not as good at taking macrophotographs as my wife xD but I think I defend myself a bit! my style is more landscapes so I always take the opportunity to practice my photography techniques, last week I bought a UV filter that is to enhance the color of the sky and eliminate the reflection of the sun in the water! This route was a little more complicated than we thought, we reached a rock where there were some gentlemen climbing!🤣😂
No soy tan bueno tomando macrofotografias como mi esposa xD pero creo que me defiendo un poco! mi estilo es mas paisajes por lo que aprovecho siempre para practicar mis tecnicas de fotografia, la semana pasada compre un filtro UV que es para realzar el color del cielo y eliminar el reflejo del sol en el agua! esta ruta era un poco mas complicada de lo que pensabamos, llegamos a un peñasco donde habian unos señores haciendo escalada!😮🙃🤯
The Sierra de la Arrabida is the highest ecosystem in Barreiro, which is the municipality that borders mine! Here we have a bit of everything, climbing trails, protected areas to observe wildlife, many motorized people take it to climb the mountain and enjoy the sea breeze! Although it is very busy in summer you have to visit it if you come to visit Portugal🤩🤗
La sierra de la arrabida es el ecosistema mas alto de barreiro que es el municipio que limita con el mio! aqui tenemos de todo un poco, senderos de escalada, areas protegidas para hacer observacion de fauna, muchos motorizados la toman para subir la montaña y disfrutar de la brisa del mar! aunque es muy transitada en verano tienes que visitarla si vienes de visita a Portugal🚙🌏🌎
Here is a video of just 24 seconds of a summary of my adventure on this trail that I managed to do in 35 minutes with a total of 2.6km I think it took a little longer than normal because of how difficult the terrain was! my friend does not have much climbing experience and did not come with the appropriate equipment to walk on a path with very slippery sand!🧗♀️🚵♂️

I have already practiced rappelling, and it is something very exciting and requires a lot of adrenaline and courage, we were very short of time to go up or down rocks, so today we were satisfied with swimming a little xD🤩😄
😎As I had told you, we went very late to swim and it was 8:00 p.m. the sun had gone but I took the opportunity to take some pictures of the sunset in the ocean!😁😁
To take these pictures I used my camera, with the 55mm lens with automatic iso, I set it to the live option with 2 intensity points to highlight the oranges of the sun and the blue of the water!😎😍
