Hey there dear Sketchbook community! I hope you are having a great weekend.
I rarely do a male portrait, this time I wanted to do it for the simple fact that I dreamt about it haha, when I woke up I thought it was crazy that I remembered exactly how it was, I practically felt that I had already done it and with my mind still fresh I started with the composition.

¡Hola querida comunidad de Sketchbook! Espero que estén pasando un excelente fin de semana.
Pocas veces hago un retrato masculino, esta vez quise hacerlo por el simple hecho de que lo soñé jaja, cuando desperté me pareció una locura que recordara exactamente como era, prácticamente sentí que ya lo había hecho y con la mente aún fresca comencé con la composición.
I knew it would be with vintage colors, and my masculine reference I had already put it aside for days, I guess my brain was left with the idea of creating something with this image (I leave them in the description below) and began to create while I slept which seemed to me more like a Déjà vu.
Sabía que sería con colores vintage, y mi referencia masculina ya la había dejado de lado por días, supongo que mi cerebro se quedó con la idea de crear algo con esta imagen (los dejo en la descripción de abajo) y empecé a crear mientras dormía lo que me pareció más un Déjà vu.
I did this one with the technique I've been trying to use all week and well something to highlight would be that when making male portraits what I find more complicated are his lips and this time was no exception hehe I think it took me more time than usual to do this as well as his hand.
Esta la hice con la técnica que he estado tratando de usar toda la semana y bueno algo a destacar sería que al hacer retratos masculinos lo que me parece más complicado son sus labios y esta vez no fue la excepción jeje creo que me tomó más tiempo de lo normal hacer esto al igual que su mano.
The Lilies in particular are a flower that my mother loves and that my grandfather has planted in his yard (unlike these are red), usually when they bloom he places them next to a picture of my grandmother, I guess it's something special (or I want to take it this way. xD) to have illustrated them.
Los Lirios en concreto son una flor que le encanta a mi madre y que mi abuelo tiene plantados en su patio (a diferencia de estos que son rojos), normalmente cuando florecen los coloca al lado de una foto de mi abuela, supongo que es algo especial (o yo me lo quiero tomar así. xD) haberlos ilustrado.
