Yes, I wrote about this before. It certainly could happen. Why would I say this? I'm basing this off the numbers I'm tracking in Site usage on the frontends like https://blurtter.com , etc. Also, I believe the lack of downvoting will be driving some users to the platform. I f it's just the users say from Hive, it will be not as simple, but I see BLURT as being able to attract a new set of users that wouldn't consider HIVE. So time will tell, I'm invested in LEO, BLURT, and BTC.
