Yesterday it was nice to watch Aušra working on my iPad. She graded her ear training and harmony assignment for online teaching. She said now she understands why everyone who tried Apple products don’t want to go back to Windows or Android.
My special pad which I will put under the MIDI pedalboard was delivered through a currier. I put it on quarantine in our Pinky and Spiky cabin for a few days. I think I’m still missing a couple items for my Hauptwerk organ set up to be delivered from Thomann - Viscount bench and USB 3 hub.
I recorded and shared the last piece from Krebs’ Clavierubung II - Gigue in C Major. It was a fun little piece, fast tempo and jolly character so I had to sweat a little bit to make my fingers run fast.
After lunch we went for a walk avoiding places to meet other people. Spring birds are singing louder and louder every day. Pretty soon they will be nesting.
I the evening we watched the last two episodes of Stranger Things, season 3. Certain elements of the story made me look forward to season 4 which was being filmed in Vilnius, in Lukiskes prison in February. It will start sometime in 2021.
My fast internet plan with Telia ended at 8:10 PM and because there still were 34 minutes of the movie left, I ordered an additional 2 GB. Now I have two internet providers - Telia and Bite. Bite’s connection seems to be too unreliable for the time when everyone is teaching, studying and streaming online.
A mental note to myself - tomorrow I will have to look closer what type of internet plans Telia has to offer.
