We should know our limits, on what we can take and what we can't take again, knowing when it's time to say enough is enough saves you a lot of mental, emotional, and physical stress, when something or someone is hurting you and keeps hurting you, I don't see the point of taking the pain over and over again, just quit or leave without looking back and avoid hating your life or yourself for not quitting, quitting something doesn't make you weak or a loser.

Sometime last month I quit my job because it was like the job was after my life like I barely have time for myself, I stop being creative, I'm always too tired to do anything, I leave the house very early just so I can meet up with office time, and at the end, the pay doesn't match the hard work and effort you in, on top of that someone who is not doing anything at all because she's the general manager, will tell you that you are not doing enough and that you are being overpaid, like seriously the same job I am putting all my best, strength, creativity and energy into I'm not doing enough and I'm overpaid when you just sit down in the comfort of your home doing nothing. Nah I couldn't take it anymore.

Since January when I quit my job, I have been receiving calls and advice from all angles that why did you quit your job, do you know what you are doing, who quits their job in this economy, and so on and so on, but one really got to me and at the same time made me laugh, one of my uncles told me I was lazy and that I am not serious in life because I don't have a 9 - 5 job, for heaven's sake having a 9 - 5 job doesn't make you a successful person or a hard working person, sh*t most of them owe many people a lot of money and before their salary comes debts to be paid has finished the money, in fact I know some of my friends who hate their jobs and want to quit but because it pays the bills they just suck it up and die in silence, getting overworked and underpaid.

I have had it up to my neck and I don't have any more f**ks to give, right now anyone who calls me and ask me why am I not working a 9 - 5 or why I quit my former job or that am not serious with my life, honestly I don't know but I might lose it on the person and ask for forgiveness later depending on how close we are, those questions right piss me off a lot, especially the one that goes you are not serious with your life just because I don't have 9 - 5 job.

Not having a 9 - 5 job doesn't mean you can't succeed in life or that you are lazy, there are so many young millionaires and billionaires who don't have a 9 - 5 job, they make their millions from the comfort of their home without even standing up from their beds, there are so many people here on Hive that make my former salary from one post payout, although it took me 2 weeks to make it am still very grateful of Hive and all those who read, curate and engage with my post you guys are the best, there is no better feeling than making money from the comfort of your own home and you being able to save and buy what you want, without thinking of some debt you owe outside. I hope I wasn't sounding rude, this topic makes me pissed and pained.

THANKS GUYS FOR READING MY POST.
