St膮d podejrzenie, 偶e realizowane wyp艂aty pochodzi艂y najprawdopodobniej z wp艂at od kolejnych "inwestor贸w".
Nadz贸r finansowy Stanu Texas kilkana艣cie godzin temu wyda艂 tzw. Cease and Desist Order na mocy kt贸rego nakazano BitConnect:
"immediately CEASE and DESIST from offering for sale any security in Texas until the security is registered with the Securities Commissioner..."
