There's a restaurant I've gone to in New Orleans called Carmo, they get wild hogs from a supplier that captures the wild hogs, but before harvesting the meat they feed them better food and water to make them taste 'less wild'. It comes out delicious. It's probably a lot cheaper process for the farmer.....
