First, CBDCs have nothing to do with crypto-assets; they’re not decentralized, they’re not necessarily blockchain-based, and they will certainly not be anonymous, permissionless and censorship-resistant.
Interesting article about digital currencies. I predict that digital currencies will be all the rage in 2020, with more and more countries planning the move into them. And what people need to knows is that they are not crypto in any way. Will digital make crypto more accepted, I think so, but again they're not the same thing at all. Actually digital will governments more power over the people, crypto less....
