With Bitcoin and altcoins falling after Bitcoin has been hitting all-time highs over and over for months (and many of the altcoins as well) it is normal for many fall in panic when the market has been in the red for two or three or four days.
Normal? Yes, Desirable? Not
What to do in such a situation is what many wonder ... The answer in my view is: Do not panic.
Tint it on a shirt, write it on the wall, record it on audio; whatever it is they need to do to make their own subconscious understand that this is all normal, and that nothing has gone to hell.
What we need to understand on a deep level is...
That It is normal for the market prices of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies to correct; remember that the market rises and falls based on supply and demand, which means that it will not always rise and it will not always fall. If it always fall down, it would go bankrupt; and If it always went up, it would cease to be a business for some and then at some point it would go down and the price of the asset would go bankrupt as well.
Remember that the only thing that constantly rises without going down are the bubbles and they always end badly. So the fact that the crypto market is currently going down is healthy; it means that those who sold above (the strong capitals) are, of course, looking to buy below what they sold.
All this is then the logical cycles of the market, the way it flows depending on the business that people do, the purchase and sale of the asset, the supply and demand it has respectively.
So I repeat: DO NOT PANIC!
If you want to have an indication that Bitcoin will recover its price, I will give it to you:
Bitcoin is in a downtrend if we analyze the daily chart, and all the lower temporalities. But something that should reassure us is that on a weekly and monthly basis, it continues in an upward trend; in fact, on the monthly timeframe case, it is extremely bullish. Which should be something that reassures us. With that said, I repeat again: Nobody panic!
