I hate battling with injuries and while I was running a lot the injuries were plentiful. I’ve made videos on how to prevent injuries in my experience but I haven’t made any on how to actually deal with them when you get them. I made a big mistake when I tried to deal with my injuries and I made this video because I would like to see you avoid that.
DO NOT run through an injury. Don’t run through pain. It sounds obvious but this is such a big mistake runners make. They think that if they don’t do the training session or the race then it would be a disaster.
Chances are by doing the training session or race with an injury you are building up to an even bigger disaster. Seriously, it is not worth it. Recover fully and come back stronger.
