Have been watching the hype on Otherside NFT by yuga labs (BAYC) crazy volume. So far lands with koda will be around 24 eth nish and up.
While browsing around, I came across this plot of land on opeasea, it's a land with koda and I guess the seller wanted to input 24 eth instead of 2.4 eth
