The morning was cold and dry, the kind that nipped at your nose but left the air crisp and clear. On a short morning walk, I found myself exploring a new stretch of path, a hidden corner by the water where the air seemed lighter, almost cleansing. Breathing exercises came naturally there, steady, soothing, grounding. Then it was onto a whirlwind of a workday, setting up for a medical conference in a sprawling hotel. Showrooms turned into stages, corridors into chaos as i prepared for tomorrow’s radiology workshops. My role as operator felt like orchestrating a symphony of screens, slides, and schedules, each demanding attention. By evening, everything was in place, though the day had drained me. I climbed into bed late, knowing the early morning would come far too soon.
