Every spring we have a wonderful time, when a beer, fanta, gas water or any other type of bottled drinks are totally ignored. Because we get a much better, tasty, natural, fresh drink from the mother nature.
As natural as it can get. The tasty sap from birch trees.
One tree can supply up to 12-15 liters of sap every day. Here in this video is how I get it every morning here.
