Now who decides when is time to buy or sell? Was there any referendum asking people if they agree with the plan to buy BTC with their taxes? Who decides what happens with the profit? Did they ask El Salvador population if an animal hospital is what they need? What about the transparency, given the fact that we are talking about one of the most corrupted countries in the world? How do they know where the money goes and how it's being spent. Especially when talking about a cryptocurrency.
