Being healthy is the part of wisdom as the bible is a book of wisdom. Deuteronomy 34:7 reminds us that it is possible for us to stay in good health until death as Moses lived a hundred and twenty years and his eyes were not dim. We should always take good care of our body as christians, as we take care of our spiritual life by listening to admonitions and teachings of Christ, we ought to take care of our physical body by eating good food and exercising.

Staying healthy is living in alignment with God’s wisdom for life. The Bible encourages discipline, moderation, and self-control which all play a role in maintaining good health. Our bodies are gifts, which is not to be abused or neglected simple habits like eating responsibly, avoiding excess, and keeping a balanced lifestyle shows gratitude to God for the life we have. Physical and mental rest is part of a healthy spiritual walk, we should always make out time to rest and take care of our body.

Biblical health goes beyond what the eyes can see; It includes obedience, peace, and right living. When a person lives in constant stress, anger, or sin, it affects both the body and spirit that is why the scripture often connects righteousness with life and peace. Staying healthy is not only about diet or exercise but also about staying spiritually clean, maintaining good relationships, and living in forgiveness in this way, true health becomes a harmony between body, mind, and spirit under God’s guidance.
