Our source of joy as believers is not in the things that we own, neither is our confidence in the people that we know. Our trust is in the most high, and He is the source of our abounding joy. Joy for us is not dependent on the happenings around us; rather it is as a result of the knowledge of who we are in Christ Jesus.
We don’t wait until something good happens before we rejoice because we know that what happened on the cross was the best thing that could ever happen to and for us. We are assured that all things work together for our good as long as we are in Christ Jesus. Therefore, we rejoice endlessly, without restrains. We have joy unspeakable in the Holy Ghost. Hallelujah!!!
