I do hope you're having a good time whenever you are in the world.

So, I made this video a while back but I delayed uploading for a bit because I wasn't sure if I wanted to upload, but hey, I did anyway.

To be your own cheerleader is to encourage yourself every step of the way. It is to push yourself regardless of how many NOs you get.

I hope that you're able to watch till the very end. I also sincerely hope that this video inspires you to feel better about yourself.

Progress is progress no matter what. Baby steps or not, a step is a step, and you're doing just fine.

Hola a todos.

Espero que lo estéis pasando bien en cualquier parte del mundo.

Así que, hice este video hace un tiempo pero retrasé la subida un poco porque no estaba segura de si quería subirlo, pero bueno, lo hice de todos modos.

Ser tu propio animador es animarte a ti mismo en cada paso del camino. Es empujarte a ti mismo sin importar cuántos NOs recibas.

Espero que seas capaz de verlo hasta el final. También espero sinceramente que este vídeo te inspire a sentirte mejor contigo mismo.

El progreso es el progreso, no importa lo que sea. Pasos de bebé o no, un paso es un paso, y lo estás haciendo bien.
