Life is sweet and interesting to live, it becomes sweeter when shared with a wonderful companion.
Marriage is instituted purposely for companionship and I believe it should be seen as that.
Some people go into marriage for the purpose of
having children and they are doing just that in their marriage, while some people go into marriage just to solidify their parent's friendship with the other family, these sets of people end up living with their spouses like their housemate or neighbour, doing things independently.
Yesterday, I celebrated my first year wedding anniversary and I am sure it's worth celebrating. In this one year, I have learnt what it means to be responsible to/ for someone or something. Marriage is all about taking responsibility and putting the interest of the other person into consideration, it is not about selfishness but sacrifice.
Yesterday was whaoo, it was a day of reflection, from the day I said "I DO" till present. It's been an awesome journey. I made this short video to summarize the story so far
