Hello Hive, as part of the daily delivery of my project "Portraits of the Periphery", today I present you the photograph No. 5 - The orange rooster / "From the series La Periphery"
This photograph for me has a unique symbolic value, it is the value of faith and light, especially in these times that the planet is living. The morning crow of the rooster represents the triumph over darkness and evil, so this symbolic value was gaining importance.

The orange rooster / "From the series La Periphery", is a composition focused on the face as a portrait proposal. I used a 450 watt Elinchrom flashlight as the artificial light source, with a 45 degree octagonal Elinchron Rotalux medium softbox. The camera is a Canon EOS 5D Mark II. As for the optics, I used a canon ef 50mm 1: 1.8 lens, with a speed of 1/125, with 8 apertures and 100 ISO.
